Gathering feedback on a training program
Step 1- Determine the purpose, objectives, audience, and subjects of the evaluation.
Step2 – Assess the information needs of the targeted audiences and sponsors of the evaluation.
Step3 - Consider and observe proper protocol to go about gathering feedback.
Step4 – Describe the population for feedback gathering and select participants.
Step5 – The fifth step in conducting an evaluation is to identify other variables of importance. Ask these questions to identify the variables.
Step6 – Develop an evaluation design. How should the evaluation be conducted and what is the plan of attack?
Step 7 – Develop the implementation plan of the evaluation design.
